[okfn-help] Etherpad problems

I've had problems with logging in to etherpads for some time now, but
they have just got worse.

1. There used to be a login button on each etherpad. For some months
this hasn't appeared. Instead, to log in, it's been necessary to go to
the front page for the site (e.g. ckan.okfnpad.org for a pad on that
site).

2. But now I can no longer log in there either - I get an 'incorrect
password' message.
