Today, we will migrate http://okfnpad.org/ to a new server and upgrade
it. Expect it to become unavailable from 1600GMT for some time.

Depending on how quickly the pad migration goes, we might also migrate
the Wikis and/or the Tracs. We will let you know, stay tuned.
