okfnpad.org is migrated and should work as expected again.

Its DNS record changed (to 193.34.146.155), if your local DNS resolver
is still caching the old IP address (79.125.116.16) you have to wait a bit.

We could not change to "etherpad-lite" because that does not support
team pads yet.
