[okfn-labs] PyBossa new features: admin role and featured applications

Dear all,

Today we have pushed the following new features of PyBossa into pybossa.com:

   - Users can be admins (the very first user becomes an admin
   automatically)
   - Admins can manage featured applications or in other words,
   applications that will be shown by default in the front page (similar to
   Google Play editors choice)
   - Admins can search for other users and add/remove them from the admins
   group.
   - Applications can be featured in the front page.
