[Okfn-no] Fwd: licens på deres data

Hello everyone,

Statistics Norway and the Norwegian Environmental Ministry just clarified
and have written on their site, that their quite great and detailed - down
to the individual company - emissions site licenses its data according to
the Norwegian License for Open Government Data ( NLOD
http://data.norge.no/nlod/en/1.0 ), which is essentially CC 3.0 BA
compatible.

This is great news, particularly in regards to sustainability and
environmental accountability.

Might I - as the Danish-in-Helsinki outsider here - encourage someone to
write a blog entry about this. This good news would surely make the rounds
internationally rather quickly, and be a good example to others.
