Well spotted, Miska. This is good.

Regarding SSB, I think the NLOD only applies to the datasets that they 
offer through the API: http://ssb.no/en/omssb/tjenester-og-verktoy/api
On the other hand, they have announced that they will increase the 
amount of data available through the API this year.
