[okfn-za] Open Data Hackathon this weekend

Hey Rufus,

Yip, Adi & I have been clear about going the open source CKAN route as
opposed to Socrata, etc. The idea is to allow the repository to evolve into
ZA's primary public (as opposed to government) data portal, owned & managed
by a consortium probably operating under the ODADI aegis.

It would be cool if there are folk in the wider OKFN community who could
assist with replicating what was achieved in Brazil, etc.

Cheers,
Justin
