Hi all

My first day on the site. Well done with all you have so far: it's an
incredible collaboration

I am wondering why it took me so long to find you. I have a fair bit of
existing data on Section 71 budgets (quarterly municipal budget updates
from Treasury), election results and more. I would love to be involved in
the CoJ Budget 2013/14 analysis - I have looked through the proposed tariff
data and have some ideas.

I'm also tangentially involved with the TechInBraam project, as our company
is trying to launch a business incubator in Braamfontein.
