[okfn-za] Open Data on CO2 Emissions

Dear Gillian,

Thanks a million. I will work through all the material when I can and then
get back to you in due course. I'm wasted at the moment, as I worked
through the night to update some presentation and hand-outs on Research
Methodology which I had to present today. I just ran out of time with
helping to run the Inaugural Meeting of the Society for Advancement of
Science in Africa (SASA) till Sunday midday and then the Research
Methodology course started yesterday for 5-days! What some people won't do
to build some research capacity - crazy??????
