[okfn-za] Save the data: International Open Data Day

Saturday, 22 February is International Open Data Day [1]. Code for
South Africa with OKFN-ZA will be hosting a data liberation party. It
will be a great opportunity to nerd out with data but also to find out
more about what's going on in South Africa at the moment (more than
you think). We'll also have a session for lightning talks. Come pitch
your project in 5 minutes or less.

The JHB HacksHackers is planning something similar. Contact Siya
(cc-ed) for more information.
