[open-bibliography] New group for bibliographic data on CKAN

It would be interesting to see if there is any possible synergy with  
the Extensible Catalog project's metadata tools:
    http://code.google.com/p/xcmetadataservicestoolkit/

I doubt if there is direct overlap in services, but perhaps XC's set  
could funnel library data into BibCurator...
