[Open-data-census] Duplicate country /entry and question

Dear all,

My name is Luciano Caratori, I’m with the Energy Institute from Argentina,
and although I’m primarily focused on energy data, I find the whole project
really interesting. Congratulations for this!

Just a heads up regarding a duplicate entry, which seems to result from the
existence of a duplicate country: Uruguay appears twice; the second time,
the country's name is written in "all caps". This second occurrence only
checks post/zipcodes, which can replace the entry in the first one.

I also have a question, I have identified several datasets on energy.
Should I include them somewhere? Do you think energy could also be a new
column for the table?
