[Open-data-census] Getting Sweden up to date in the Open Data Census?

Hi again!

Regarding Company Registers: many countries have a digital register
but the information is only available on commercial terms. Adding the
current status for sweden (digital, available in bulk etc etc) gives a
score of 4/6. However, none if it is open (it would cost you at least
100K EUR for a snapshot). Is this correct?

Having many of these datasets in digital form but only on commercial
terms will still yield a high score in the census?
