[Open-data-census] Census Data from Spanish speaking Latin American countries

Hi Christian,

I figured out that there is almost no data from other Latin American
countries. Do you already have partners in these countries?
If not, we might help with this.
Personally, I have contacts to different organizations that work with open
data in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
Do you want help with this?
