Re. 1: Not really sure I know exactly what you mean here, could you explain

Re. 2: Yes, I would say that using the same source for both categories in
valid in such a case. But would love to hear what others have done in
similar cases around the world?

Re. 3: You can update the information directly in the spreadsheet.

By the way, no need to address your emails with "Hi Christian", as this is
a public list and often help will come from other community members :)
