[Open-data-census] Spanish Translation

Lo que quiero es que ni dupliquemos trabajo haciendo algo ya hecho ni que
se haga de forma descoordinada en cuanto a los términos.

Explicame mejor qué tienen ustedes.. y eso del español mexicano.. jaja...
habría que ver qué tan distinto quedó. Saludos,
