[open-data-day] Open Data Day Twitter hashtag: #opendataday (or #ODHD13?)

My two cents:
1. #OpenDataDay is longer but allows pickup from people searching or
tracking #OpenData.
2. #OpenDataDay is also timeless and less confusing compared to #ODHD13.
Overall, I don't believe in rules around this stuff. Let the people decide
and choose. May the best hashtag win. = )
