Simon,

I complied a number of good posts and resources on Open Development here:

Can I ask that you crowd source your list in a way that we can all contribute as we find things? Wiki, Google Doc, etc. - the medium doesn't matter but I'd like to be able to see what others are adding & be able to add my own vs. just everyone emailing you as we come across something. I'd be happy to write about this effort on ICTworks to get the larger ICT4D community involved as well.

If you need help setting up or curating the list you develop, happy to help with that too.
