Dear all,

Just wanted to let you know that I have now written up a quick blog
post with a call for more volunteers (especially in visualization)

http://blog.okfn.org/2011/08/26/introducing-the-open-knowledge-index/

Also, as we originally intended to release the index at the Open
Government Data Camp 2011 in Warsaw, I was wondering if anyone would
be willing to represent our working group at the event and present the
results (along the construction)? It would be great if at least one of
us could make it there - those who attended the Open Knowledge
Conference in Berlin might also know that the Open Knowledge events
are usually very fun and inspiring - so this is certainly not an
option to miss out.

We can also apply for travel bursary until 7th of September - if you
intend to travel, please do so now:

If financial constraint is a serious problem, we might also be able to
cover a part of the trip from our limited budget, but it would be
great if we could get it covered through the super-WG bursaries.

Thanks a lot and looking forward to volunteers :)

Guo
