[open-economics] OpenHDI code sprint tomorrow

Hi guys,

We will start at 10am Berlin time over here. I will take care of
obtaining datasets and cleaning them - will keep in touch with Rufus
to check what exact format he wants them in.

Dirk was planning to develop questions and design the graphics.
