Great post Guo!

I wonder whether we should also link the text "OKFN’s new Open
Economics Group" to the URL for this mailing list in the first
instance (the wiki page seems a bit sparse for now, and the list URL
is probably the most important thing for now to get other people
involved)? And below in the text of the post where we mention the
list?

I was about to just do this now, but I notice that Rufus is currently
editing the post, so I'll leave it to your/his discretion! ;-)
