[open-economics] Getting involved in a working group

Hello Samira and Rodney,

First of all, I would like to say I sincerely appreciate your interest in
the group!
You both seem to be focused in the Oil Contract theme I brought up before.
Therefore, I am proposing you to take over this project. I can
supervise/coordinate you guys in what you need but I don't know at what
extent I can help you develop it. Nevertheless, I'm here to help, of course!

I will open a new thread on the mailing list - to get things organized -
and I appreciate if you could follow up the discussion there.
