[Open-education] report from the Creative Commons policy debate on OER in the European Parliament

Hi Alek, 

Thanks for this report.  I was very interested to see this debate advertised as I am currently involved in promoting the development of open education policy in Scotland. Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend myself, but out of interest, do you happen to know if there were any other delegates from the UK present?
