[Open-education] European Commission adopts draft ET 2020 Joint Report - important EU policies for open-ness

I remember a very good presentation on openness in EU E&T policy which was given at the latest eMundus event by Andreia Inamorato from IPTS, maybe she can write the blog post? Andreia, I have put you in cc just in case.
