[open-heritage] notes from COMMUNIA meeting

Dear all,
I thought it could be of some interest for this working group to read
the notes I took at the last COMMUNIA WG3 meeting about cultural
heritage rights and copyright.

The notes were published in the OKFN blog
http://blog.okfn.org/2010/12/21/cultural-heritage-rights-in-the-age-of-digital-copyright/ any comment or question is welcome - the post was obviously shorter than all the topics covered. The meeting was mostly about cultural heritage rights in Greece and Italy, as other countries have no such rights.
