[OpenGLAM] Impact metrics: Increase in reach and reuse of Open Images

Great news Maarten! I'm so happy to see all of these things happening 
after the OKfest meeting - imagine the awesome deliverables we're going 
to have when we all meet again.

I'd like if you could clarify something for me (and I'm sure I know the 
answer): is this project going to only analyze EU GLAMetrics (my new 
favorite word)?

If that is the case, I'd love to explore how a model like this could 
potentially be executed in the US.
