[OpenGLAM] [pd-discuss] All public domain material liberated by2020?

I think it is something that is worth aspiring for, and while it may not
be the most intellectually challenging exercise it will be hard enough to
really make this happen. But, that doesn't mean this should be the only
thing on our agenda. I do think this is a stepping stone to open up other
collections for re-use.Very grateful if you can share your thoughts also
on twitter with #allezculture so that we can use this as input for further
strategic discussions.
