[OpenGLAM] Documentation from #OpenGLAM Workshop

Dear All,

I am now doing an overhaul of the OpenGLAM.org/documentation page to
incorporate all the useful research that has been brought to light on this
mailing list and at recent workshops.

This is the work in progress with new categories:

http://openglam.org/documentation/

There are still some descriptions missing which I am adding in as we speak.
If you know of more documentation and research that is relevant to open
data and content in cultural heritage, then let me know and I will add it.
