[OpenGLAM] ORCID

[Tom Morris]

Since we're all about the Open (and that's supposed to be what the "O" in
Orcid is for), can you clarify why one needs to register to download data
which is public domain (
https://orcid.org/content/orcid-public-data-file-2013) and why the only
download available is so old (2013)?
