[OpenGLAM] copyright on exact image reproductions

Hi

The copyright status of exact reprographic copies is a recurring issue in EU GLAM circles, and critical for digitisation. The UK has a particularly difficult approach where copies are given full protection. Some of you may have discussed this issue with UK lawyer Francis Davey via email or in meetings, but the link below has a full paper with his perspective on the topic.
