[OpenGLAM] Renewed Open Collections page

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your feedback! We actually also have the Europeana Labs datasets
that Harry mentions on our page, which is indeed more suitable as it is all
openly licensed content.
So for now I've removed the Europeana entry, highlighting the Europeana
Labs datasets instead.
