[OpenGLAM] community call this Thursday & some news

Hello scann, Thank you for your comments! Yes, when I was writing it I knew
that I had to clarify what I meant by "we define...." hehehe. I speak on
behalf of Wikimedia Argentina experience where we have been working with
institutions that, beyond (G) LAM, protect our local heritage, such as
social organizations, for example. I will read the statement carefully to
see if this is contemplated. Thanks again for the clarification.
