Is anyone aware of an open data set on:

1. All official government jurisdictions within a country
2. That includes a maintained directory of the official top level web address for those jurisdictions
3. That also includes listing of all elected representatives for those jurisdictions
4. As well as district boundaries and the like

This is what what are working on in the U.S. with http://democracymap.org

The idea is from one address search or click on the map, you should be able to quickly find out exactly who governs you and represents you from the most local level up.
