[open-government] We need international open government data principles

Aloa Jonathan,
it is an excellent idea!
Two caveats however - if I may:
- I wonder to what extent may any supranational (or whatever) document have
considerable impact on gov. approaches. I think no effect rather than
limited.
- At the same time, such a document drafted and finalised in alliance with
OECD or EU might have a demonstrative effect...

I would kindly join in brainstorming/conceptualising and thanks for the
attached links and references!
