[open-government] We've reached 500 members - what next?

Proposal : Open Government Innovation Network

My main response to this idea is to highlight the 'OGIN' I have started
shaping up, the 'Open Government Innovation Network' -
http://Open-Government.net

The rationale for this is the same as the Open Government Advisory Team -
Ie. a network of consultants who specialize in the field of Open
Government, providing an advisory service to agencies who want to
implement these practices.

At a high level the main working parts to this would be:

    * Bringing together a team who combine expertise in Open Innovation,
Open Source and Open Data. Be able to advise Governments on the
complete spectrum of what Open Government represents.
    * Build a catalogue of FOSS models that encode all of these practices
into repeatable solutions (this site itself is the perfect example).
