I think the stuff the UK CSOs are doing is really interesting, and it will
be interesting to see how the UK government reacts, and one of the
challenges will be to make sure they're not ignored. As Javier said, the
problem is getting them to attend anything outside of the UK (Brazil
notwithstanding). I wonder if it might be worth contacting the GDS (who are
behind beta.gov.uk), as not only are they getting they're hands dirty with
data, they also seem to be eager to engage, and are also innovating too.
Doesn't help re the OGP stuff, but might have more luck with them.
