Attached you will find the Call for Papers for the 1st IEEE International Smart Cities Conference, where there is a track on Open & Big Data. Deadline for papers to be presented is is June, 15th. Manuscripts can have up to 6 pages in PDF format must be electronically submitted for peer-review in IEEE standard-format.
