in warsaw there was a meeting with a lot of parlamentiary tracking services.
i think the same guys that started the parlamentiary_informatics page on
wikipedia are now doing a more detailed list.

this mailinglist here has a few interested people as well in this regards.

there as you found the metalex api, and i dunno but i think jeni tennison did
an xml based format for the uk parlament.
