[open-literature] Integrated wordpress cms (blog) into www.openshakespeare.org/

All pages in the wordpress instance living at
blog.openshakespeare.org/ now show up on www.openshakespeare.org/

This means you can use wordpress (running on
blog.openshakespeare.org/) to create and edit pages and posts (in
/news/) on http://www.openshakespeare.org/.

In particular front page is now pulled from wordpress instance and you
can now create new content for the main site very easily.

NB: Wordpress pages will only show up where no page in main pylons
webapp already exists. So, for example, all of the pages under work/,
stats, search etc come from the main pylons webapp and not from
wordpress.

NB: for this to work wordpress has to be set up so it thinks it is
actually living at www.openshakespeare.org (so links etc work). You
can still visit blog.openshakespeare.org and the admin interface will
work but some things won't work too well (e.g. previews seemed a bit
broken). We'll work on this but its a heads up in case you notice
anything wrong.
