[open-literature] Open Correpondence and Xapian

Rufus,

Quick note to say that Xapian is now installed and working on Open 
Correspondence (www.opencorrespondence.org/search/). I'll tie it in 
shortly to the navigation. So nearly there :)

I think the main thing to sort out is the place controller and try to 
link it into the NLS mapping api that Jo Walsh pointed me towards the 
other day.

I might make a start this afternoon but I'm definitely putting time 
aside next Saturday afternoon for a hack to resolve this.
