[open-literature] Annotation

Hi everyone,

Just tried annotation having logged in using an OpenID - and it works
beautifully! Thank you to everyone who worked on it. And, to all those who
have not tried this yet....do have a go!

P.S. I am very much in favour of limiting annotation to those with an
openID.
