[open-science] Putting together a list of science data archives

At the Open Access Directory (a wiki), we've had such a list for a couple of
years.

We'd welcome help from any quarter in making it accurate, comprehensive, and
well-annotated.

If the OAD is new to you, we minimize spam and vandalism by requiring
