No smilar project in mind. The context is this request from Matthew:

I would think BioSharing could also act as registry for formats in
chemistry. In fact, I did not check, but assume this will
automatically result in an ontology... I think there would be a good
chance we'd use that in ToxBank, which is actually very much bio
oriented, rather than chemistry.
