Dear All,

I just returned from a meeting which had discussed about forming a Open
Source Seeds Network on the lines of GNU/Linux and wish to have MTAs
onlines of BiOS/Creative Commons.

What is our stand/understanding on 'Open Access to Publicly Funded Research
Materials (Seeds/Genes/-Physical/biological/Chemical Materails)

Thanks
Sridhar
