All,
Well, I'm wondering if we ought to rename open access week "Open Data
Week"...
Following the Australian Research Council's excellent decision last week to
back, to some extent, open access, Alex Holcombe and I have written an open
letter to the ARC's new CEO to ask him to support open data. The letter is
here:

Please consider adding your name to the end. The letter, with a little
context, will be published in The Conversation next week, with a link to
the original online version.
Cheers from a wonderful OKFest in Helsinki,
Mat
