[open-science] open access in Biological Taxonomy

I too am getting

"Unable To Deliver Document
Sorry. We are currently unable to deliver your document"

Not too surprising. The journal doesn't even have DOI's for its articles.
Not the best online publisher from a technical perspective by the looks of
it...
