(With apologies for those already aware of this)

RDA Europe has announced a call for applications to cover participation
costs to the second plenary meeting in Washington DC in September 2013 with
an emphasis on active European-based members of active RDA groups such as
chairs and early career “data practitioners” (Data Scientists, PhDs,
PostDocs, etc.) that do not have sufficient own funding. Grants will be
awarded for support of travelling and related costs, however, not for daily
allowances. The maximum amount per person will be € 1.000.

The deadline for submission is *Friday, 2. August 2013 at 5.00 pm CET*
