[open-science] Proof to funding agencies (companies) that open work is a good idea

Puneet,
Good points. People often make the argument "If government funds the
research, then only people, companies, etc from that government's country
should benefit." This can be argued for state governments too. I have a
hard time countering that with something other than "we should help the
world and not worry about the borders".
