[open-science] A Public List of Notable, Senior Open Scientists

This is a great idea Ross
points
* suggest another word than "senior" - perhaps "outstanding".This is not an
age or status thing - it's about impact.
* emphasize people who both practice openness and work to spread it. And
particularly who fight for it. Ilaria Capua , an impressive Italian
virologist, she fought the established order to have sequences published.
