[open-science] Soapbox Science

Hey all,

I'm really keen to promote the whole 'open science' stuff with non typical
audiences.In fact it's one of my key aims for 2014.

I wondered if people here had seen Soapbox Science:
http://soapboxscience.org/ (UK based only I'm afraid).

They are looking for female academics to talk (part of an ongoing
'increasing diversity in science agenda') - and I was wondering if there
was anyone in the working group who would be willing to pitch ideas
including an 'open science' angle.
